Discover With Jam helps individuals, couples, families, friends and business teams plan personalised trips. The work draws on firsthand experience across more than 70 countries — not a catalogue of packages.
That experience is used for one thing: helping you compare options honestly, understand what a trip will really cost, and build an itinerary around your interests, budget and pace.
Business trips get the same attention as honeymoons, with a different set of questions: which suppliers are worth the meeting, what interpretation is needed, and what has to be confirmed before you fly.

How we work
The full cost, up front
Planning fees and third-party travel costs are always shown separately, in the currency quoted. Optional items are labelled as optional.
No booking theatre
An item only shows as confirmed once there is a supplier or agency reference. Until then it is proposed, requested or changed — and it says so.
Advice you can check
Schedules, prices and availability are verified against real sources. If something cannot be verified yet, the plan says that too.
Your pace, not ours
A family with young children and a buyer visiting three factories need very different days. The itinerary is built around the people on it.
Languages
English today. French, Arabic with right-to-left layouts, and Simplified Chinese are being prepared. Your preferred language is recorded separately from the language used with suppliers.
Support
Agreed support hours are shown in your client portal with direct contact details, so you always know when someone is available.
Privacy
Documents are stored privately and shared through expiring links. Passport uploads are disabled by default, and adult travellers' details stay private within a group trip.
